Overview
JAHEZ TRADE CO is an international sourcing and trading company connecting businesses across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, the USA, and Yemen with verified manufacturers and suppliers in China. With teams physically stationed in five countries, JAHEZ needed a digital platform that matched the scale of their operation one that could turn a simple product link into a tracked, quoted, and shipped order, while giving clients live visibility into sourcing, factory visits, and production. AUTOMEX partnered with JAHEZ to design and build that platform from the ground up: a multilingual, AI-assisted sourcing and trade management system built for trust, transparency, and speed.

Before the platform, JAHEZ's sourcing process ran through scattered channels WhatsApp threads, spreadsheets, and manual follow-ups making it hard to scale past a certain volume of client requests. Clients had no self-service way to submit a product request, track a quote, or see where their order stood in production. Booking a factory visit or market tour meant back-and-forth messaging with no central calendar. And with a distributed team spanning China, the US, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Yemen, there was no shared system keeping supplier verification, quotes, and order status in sync across time zones. JAHEZ needed a professional, trustworthy digital presence that could also function as an operational backbone for the business.
Our Approach
Solution
AUTOMEX designed and built a full sourcing and trade management platform on Next.js and PostgreSQL, deployed on containerized infrastructure via Docker and Hostinger. The platform gives clients a self-service dashboard to submit product requests directly from a supplier link, receive itemized quotes within a guaranteed response window, and track orders in real time through sourcing, production, packaging, and shipping stages. A built-in booking system lets clients schedule live video sessions for market tours, factory visits, and consultations directly with the JAHEZ team on the ground in China, with sessions automatically summarized using AI once they conclude. A curated trending-products catalog lets clients browse and request pre-vetted items with one click. The entire experience was built bilingual (English/Arabic) from the ground up to serve JAHEZ's core audience of Arab entrepreneurs, with Prisma powering type-safe data access across the request, quote, and order workflows.

Results
The platform gave JAHEZ a scalable, self-service system that replaced manual, channel-scattered coordination with a single source of truth for every client interaction. Clients can now go from product link to confirmed quote in as little as 48 hours, book live video sessions with the China-based team without back-and-forth scheduling, and track orders transparently from factory to delivery. The bilingual, professional platform also strengthened JAHEZ's credibility with new markets, supporting their positioning as a trusted trade partner across the Gulf, US, and Yemeni markets reflected in the platform's 500+ verified suppliers, 200+ served clients, and a reported 98% client satisfaction rate.
