• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without our prior written consent.
• Your use of the Services does not grant you any ownership rights in our intellectual property.
• Feedback, suggestions, and ideas you provide to us about the Services become our property and we may use them without obligation.

• Some Services are fee-based. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your use of such Services.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We may change our fees upon notice.
• You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for keeping it current.
• If we are unable to charge your payment method, we may suspend or terminate your access to paid Services.

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings.
• We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and we may delete your data.
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., indemnity, liability limits, governing law) shall survive.

• The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.
• We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Automex and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us during the twelve months preceding the claim.
• The foregoing limitations apply regardless of the basis of liability, whether contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations, so these limitations may not apply to you.

• You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Automex and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
• (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) your content.
• We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification, and you will cooperate with us in asserting any available defences.

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
• Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
• Both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
• The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation before resorting to litigation.

• We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
• If we make material changes, we will provide notice (e.g., via email or an in‑app notification) at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
• Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
• If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Services and may terminate your account.
